Pathology on site
Australian Clinical Labs runs a pathology collection centre inside the clinic, so blood tests ordered by your GP can be collected without travelling elsewhere. Collection hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4pm and Saturday 9am to 12:30pm, closed Sundays and public holidays.
You will usually get a text when results are in. Reception staff cannot give results over the phone, so book a follow-up with your doctor to discuss them.
Meet the doctors
The clinic has male and female GPs, with a range of qualifications and interests. Read their profiles on Our Team, or see female GP care if you would prefer to see a woman doctor. If you need extra time, tell reception when you book.
Ongoing care, referrals and home visits
The clinic may send SMS reminders when you are due for preventive care such as immunisation, a cervical screening test or a heart check. Tell reception if you would rather not receive them.
When you need an X-ray or a specialist, your GP gives you a referral and the details to book. For clinic patients too unwell to come in, home visits may be arranged; the fee is on Patient Info and Fees.
Fees and billing
All consultations are bulk billed. Read bulk billing for the details.
