If you have visited the clinic, you can write a Google review. You will need to be signed in to a Google account. A few things worth keeping in mind:

If something has gone wrong, contact the clinic in writing, addressed to the Office Manager, Point Cook Doctors, so it can be looked into. If you would rather take the matter outside the practice, you can contact the Australian Medical Association, the Medical Board of Australia or the Health Complaints Commissioner on 1300 582 113.
